＜Shipping fee＞

We offer free shipping on all products in Japan.

＜Estimated delivery due date＞

All orders except for custom made products are shipped within 3 to 7 business days after the placed orders are confirmed.

The custom made products usually take around 30 to 40 days.

Please note that If the items are purchased in the same cart, delivery will be made according to the item in the order that takes the longest time to ship.

We will send you a Notification of Shipment email when the shipment is completed.

 

＜Shipping Method＞

We use Japan Post and Yamato Transport and All orders will be sent with tracking to ensure delivery to the customer.

It usually takes 2 to 3 days after shipping is completed. (In some cases, such as on a remote island, it may take 3 to 4 days.)

We would appreciate it if you could understand any scratches or dents on the outer box that may occur during shipping unless it interferes with the use of the item.

Söt tass has been committed to ethical practice, sustainability and environmental kindness therefore we use simple packaging with paper instead of plastic bags.
