▼Canceling and Refund Policy
If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been completed, please contact us via email or LINE within 30 mins of the completion of payment otherwise we can not cancel your order.
If the product is defective/faulty in any way and we do not have a replacement in stock, we will refund your money accordingly.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for the following items.
- More than 8 days have passed since the item was delivered.
- The item has been worn and made scuffs or marks by the customers.
- Custom made items
- Errors in the size, quantity, order specification or insufficient confirmation of product contents made by the customers

If your item is damaged upon arrival or you have received the wrong item, please make sure you contact us via LINE or email within 7 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs will be covered by the store after reviewing the cases.
If we don’t have the item that you are looking for in stock, we will refund your money after we confirm the item that you sent back to us.
